Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and ROCKET LLC SPÓŁKA KOMANDYTOWA (“we”, “us”) for the ROCKET iPhone app (the “App”) and the website rocketllc.app (the “Website”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Description of service
ROCKET is a personal work journal. You can create, edit, search, filter and delete short entries and view simple counts of them. The App runs entirely on your device, requires no account and works without an internet connection. We do not store or have access to your entries.
Licence to use the App
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
Your content and responsibilities
Everything you write in the App is yours. Because it is stored only on your device, you are responsible for it, including:
- keeping your device secure and backing it up if you want a copy of your entries;
- making sure you are allowed to record the information you enter, for example under your employer’s confidentiality rules;
- understanding that deleted entries, and entries lost with a device, cannot be recovered by us.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the App or Website for any unlawful purpose;
- copy, modify, distribute, sell or rent the App, except as allowed by law or these Terms;
- reverse engineer or decompile the App, except where applicable law expressly permits it;
- interfere with or try to disrupt the Website or the servers it runs on.
Intellectual property
The App, the Website, the ROCKET name and logo, and all related design and code belong to ROCKET LLC SPÓŁKA KOMANDYTOWA or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not give you any rights to them other than the licence above.
Price
The App is free. It has no subscriptions, in-app purchases or advertising.

Disclaimers
The App and Website are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties that they will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, including entries lost through deletion, device failure or the absence of a backup. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Termination
You can stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. We may stop offering or updating the App at any time. If you seriously breach these Terms, your licence ends automatically.
App Store terms
If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, you also acknowledge that:
- these Terms are between you and us, not Apple, and we, not Apple, are responsible for the App and its content;
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App;
- to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no warranty obligation for the App, and if the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any;
- Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including product liability, legal compliance or intellectual property claims;
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms. The new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the App after that means you accept the update.
Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
